The Delamare Gym is located within the Related Argent residential redevelopment at Brent Cross, North London. It is a “Build to Sell” development.
In 2025, Educated Body partnered with the Related Argent estate and technical teams to design, mobilise, and successfully launch the residents’ wellness gym. We delivered comprehensive health and safety documentation to support both gym operations and the resident launch.
Educated Body also designed the gym, and supplied the gym equipment. Following installation, we produced a high-quality bespoke onsite induction video for residents. This video supports safe operation and effective use of the largely unstaffed private gym.
