500 new homes have been created, the iconic BBC Television Centre is open to the public for the first time, 600,000 square feet of repurposed office space now houses over 50 new businesses, and strategic partnerships have been formed, including with Soho House to create a health club and new “House” with rooftop pool.
Educated Body generated the initial space planning for the Soho House gym that sits beneath the famous Eros Statue. We also helped Stanhope Plc form the lease with Soho House shaping a long-term operating partnership. Our involvement continues as we are now space planning a gym and recovery space as part of Phase Two of the redevelopment.
