Chelsea Waterfront is a luxury residential scheme developed by Hutchison Whampoa, located in Chelsea. During 2024 and 2025 Educated Body supported the estate management company to mobilise and open the wellness amenities for the residents.
We provided all health and safety documentation for the swimming pool, vitality pool, sauna and steam room, and the gym, to support both the launch phase, and the ongoing operations.
The amenities include a stunning swimming pool with river views, a spa pool and glass fronted sauna and steam room, also with river views, and a state-of-the-art gym. There are also a treatment room suite available for wellness treatments and therapies.
We also designed the gym and supplied the gym equipment, creating a high end, luxury gym that is current and enables all types of workouts for the discerning residents at Chelsea Waterfront.
