Deansgate Square in Manchester is an iconic Renaker development, comprising both for-sale and BTR apartments and offering world-class, extensive resident amenities.
The wellness facilities are distributed across three upper floors and a lower ground floor, serving approximately 1,700 for-sale and BTR apartments. These amenities include a large swimming pool, vitality pool, sauna and steam room, a holistic studio for yoga, Pilates and barre, a high-energy studio for cycling and HIIT training, and a gym arranged over two floors. Additional facilities include a treatment room suite and a multi-use sports court.
Between 2018 and 2019, we provided comprehensive wellness and design-for-management operational consultancy, supporting the development and refinement of the resident experience.
In parallel, our sister company, RCH Design—specialist wellness interior designers—delivered RIBA Stages 3 and 4 interior and technical design, bringing the vision for the project fully to life
