One Crown Place is an iconic building in the City of London. Its distinctive architecture provided an exceptional backdrop for the wellness facilities, for which we delivered gym design and design-for-management services in collaboration with the wider design team and CBRE.
The building is a “Build to Sell” development, and the project was elevated further by the interior design concept created by the Sophie Ashby design team.
The wellness amenities include a high-end gym, personal training and holistic studio for yoga and Pilates, and a dedicated treatment room.
Over a two-year period, we provided comprehensive wellness consultancy, including design-for-management and operational advisory services, helping to shape and enhance the resident experience.
We also designed the gym, and supplied the gym equipment, creating a luxury, future-proof facility that complements the building’s architecture and supports a wide range of training styles.
