Throughout 2021 and 2022, Alchemy Asset Management redeveloped a 2,000-employee multi-tenanted campus in Reading (formerly Reading International Business Park).
Educated Body has worked with Alchemy since 2020 developing the concept for their wellbeing space, inputting into operational design, space planning, liaising with the architects and project management team, and working on specialist equipment layout, procurement and installation.
The brief was to deliver a wellbeing proposition that meets the needs of the post- pandemic workforce, incorporating a solution for on-site, off-site and hybrid working employees. Here we supply wellbeing services to several companies including Verizon, Investec and Mavenir.
The offering includes on-site membership, a Les Mills class schedule, personal training, therapy services, virtual classes and meditation. Employees also have discounted access to a UK-wide network of Health Clubs.
This post- pandemic fitness proposition has been reinforced by the increase in membership penetration compared with pre-pandemic levels.
